Return policy

Don’t worry, we buy clothes online too and we understand sizing and fitting may be tricky. 
We are happy to offer an exchange on size or style once for each item purchased. We will refund any surplus between the two items to you. 
We are also pleased to offer return services subject to the following conditions:
 
(1) Timing Condition
  • Full refund: To be eligible for a full refund, return packages must be postmarked within 30 days after the 10th day on which your order is despatched. In other words, if you order on Day 0 and it is despatched from us on Day 1, the 30-day period starts to run from Day 11. A full refund means the sum of the list price of the product at which you made the purchase (after deduction of any applicable discount) plus the one-way shipping cost to you, but excludes all other ancillary charges such as import duties. We kindly ask you to bear the shipping cost back to us.
  • Partial refund: For return packages postmarked after the above time frame but within 60 days of the original date of purchase, we will offer a 50% refund. Again, this means 50% of the list price of the product at which you made the purchase (after deduction of any applicable discount) plus the one-way shipping cost to you, but excludes all other ancillary charges such as import duties. We kindly ask you to bear the shipping cost back to us. 
(2) Quality Condition
  • In order to qualify for full refund or partial refund, please be reminded that all items being returned must be returned in brand new condition, namely unworn and unwashed together with the original tags affixed to the garment.
  • Requests for return after the time frames stated under the Timing Condition will be respectfully denied. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise showing signs of the Quality Condition not being satisfied will be subject to denial even if it is returned within the time frames under Timing Condition. We will not be able to arrange re-shipping of the product back to you in case you have sent us.
Returned items will be inspected, processed, and refunded ASAP once it reaches us. We will keep you posted once the refund has been processed.
