Chill, we understand sizing and fitting may be tricky. We are happy to offer refund or exchange on size or style once for each item purchased subject to the following conditions:

Don't worry if it turns out that the item is not exactly what you are looking for. We are happy to accept returns within 14 days from the day your purchased item is delivered to you.

Simply ensure the "No Return or Exchange" tag remains on the item and the item remains unwashed and unaltered. Please return the item in its original label tag and packaging.
- Please note that an item cannot be refunded if there are obvious signs of usage.
(2) Exchange
- We are happy to exchange to another size or item for you - please lodge a request for exchange within 30 days from the day your purchased item is delivered to you.

Refund and Exchange Procedure
- Please initiate a refund or exchange request by contacting us via email (artoriusw.official@gmail.com). If there is a quality issue, grateful if you could attach photos of the defect in the email so we can have a look in advance.
- Please send back the item(s) you wish to return to us. Please understand that we are able to reimburse you for the shipping cost of returning an item to us.
- If the item meets the required conditions stipulated above, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.
